Konu D. is a Filipino-Chinese virtual streamer, digital artist, and Live2D model artist and rigger. He often streams on Twitch. His works often include original characters, but he also creates fan-content for the media he loves.

Terms of Service
These terms of service are in effect between the artist (Konu D.) and the clientGrant of Rights
The artist grants the client the rights to;
• reproduce the artwork for personal use on any non-promotional material
• repost the artwork online with attribution
• edit the work, in the form of cropping only, for online useReservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted by the contract are reserved to the artist. Any edits to the work except from cropping must be agreed with the artist. This artwork cannot be used for commercial purposes unless agreed by the artist.
Although the artist reserves the rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed permission will be sought before the artist makes merchandise featuring the client’s ideas or designs.
Unless agreed upon prior the artist may post the commission online after completion, including to paid content sites such as Patreon.Additional Uses
If the client wishes to use the artwork for any purpose not covered by this contract they must seek permissions from the artist. Extra charges may apply to some usages.Revisions
All revisions of the artwork must be agreed upon by the artist. Revisions requested while in the process of production will be free for the first three times, and afterwards will be subjected to a $5 fee. Extensive revisions after the final artwork has been produced may be subject to extra charges.
Fee
The client agrees to pay for usage rights granted. Where the commission exceeds $100 the client may choose a payment plan option with a down payment of at least 50%. Otherwise, payment shall be done 50% upfront, and the final product will be withheld until the rest of the fee is paid. In the event of cancellation by the client, the artist reserves the right to charge the client based on the total hours of work completed.In the event of cancellation by the artist, a refund will be given proportionate to the amount of work that is fit for purpose as defined by the contract. Each commission will count as one single project and refunds will not be given on finished projects if the artist is unable to accept commissions from the client in the future.The client may request a refund if they have seen no progress on a commissioned piece after four months.Copyright Notice and Ownership
Copyright notice in the artist’s name (Konu D.) must be published in the finished media.Permissions and Release
In the event that materials are included in which the client has no copyright or legal permission, the illustrator (Konu D.) holds no responsibility for any legal proceedings including fees or claims.
